ICAP Bulgaria presents the second issue of the edition Leading Employers in Bulgaria

The retail trade of electrical and electronic home appliances shows recovery in the 2017-2018 period.

ICAP Bulgaria presents the second issue of Leading Employers in Bulgaria, which includes the ranking of the 500 companies with the largest number of employees in the country and a thorough analysis of the labor market.

The publication introduces the largest employers in the country and companies that are distinguished by their practices in the field of human resources development and corporate social responsibility.

Theodoros Polydoros, Executive Director of ICAP Bulgaria noted:

“Last year appeared to be a turning point for the Bulgarian labor market, with employment exceeding the peak values before the crisis. However, there is also a paradox – workers are becoming more as a percentage and less as an absolute number, with the demographic problem being the most serious.

Against the background of growing staff shortages in the country, both quantitatively and qualitatively, the competitiveness of companies in attracting personnel is becoming one of the main prerequisites for their economic growth. The development of the staff and the contribution of companies to the local community and society as a whole, play a key role in positioning them as leading employers.”

The edition Leading Employers in Bulgaria is distributed free of charge, by DHL, to 5,000 of the largest companies in the country, government and academic institutions.
